Smith and Royer Apartments is located three blocks from Western Illinois University in Macomb, Illinois. The property offers one, two, and four bedroom apartments, as well as two bedroom suites. Each apartment comes with a Washer, Dryer, Stove, and Refrigerator.  The garbage  is included with rent amount. We do offer Internet with a activation fee, non-refundable. Many tenants choose to walk to class due to the close proximity, but there is also a Go West bus stop right at our corner!

We show apartments, Monday through Friday 10 a.m. to 3p.m. Please call ahead to make sure someone is available to show an apartment.  We will also show you an apartment on a Saturday, but you will need an appointment.  For further questions or inquiries, please feel free to contact us!
